In short
OrthoKinetics collects very little about you. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect, and what we don’t
We collect your name, email address and contact number if you send the appointment form. We do not ask for symptoms or medical details on the website. We have no accounts and no comments.
Who we are
OrthoSports Orthopaedic & Sports Surgery (OrthoSports) is the clinic licensee and is responsible for personal data collected through this website. The website is managed on OrthoSports’ behalf by its appointed digital agency, which may use your data only on OrthoSports’ instructions. Our clinics are in Novena and at Connexion.
What we collect and why
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange your appointment.
- Appointment form. It asks for your name, email address and contact number only. It is emailed to the clinic. Nothing from the form is stored on the website.
- WhatsApp. If you message the clinic on WhatsApp, we use your message to answer your enquiry. The WhatsApp link is for clinic enquiries only.
- Website measurement. We use Google Tag Manager, with Consent Mode v2, on orthokinetics.sg only. Optional cookies stay off until you choose. If you reject, or have not chosen yet, Google Analytics still receives counts of page views and button presses. These are sent without cookies, using data that does not directly identify you, to help us improve this website. Google still receives your browser’s network address and basic browser details. Google Ads and the Meta Pixel send nothing until you accept advertising. The event data we record has fixed names and values. It never includes what you type into a form. The Meta Pixel sits in the advertising category and loads only if you accept advertising cookies. If you accept, Meta receives which pages of this website you visit and standard events. Meta never receives form contents, names, email addresses, contact numbers, symptoms or medical details. If you agree, Google and Meta cookies can identify your browser or device, and this cookie-based information is shared with Google and Meta. If you do not agree, the only measurement data that goes to Google is the cookieless counts described above.
- Videos. Videos come from Dr Leo’s YouTube channel. They play only after you click.
- Maps. The maps on our contact pages come from OpenStreetMap, which is run by the OpenStreetMap Foundation. A map loads only when it comes into view on your screen. Your browser then contacts OpenStreetMap’s servers, which receive your network address and the details of the request.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
For cookies, please read our cookie policy.
Who may receive your information
We may share it with these third parties, only for the purposes on this page: Google (Analytics, Ads and YouTube), Meta (the Meta Pixel and WhatsApp), the clinic’s email provider, the OpenStreetMap Foundation (the maps on our contact pages), and OrthoSports’ appointed digital agency.
Your consent
You give consent when you send the appointment form, when you message us on WhatsApp, or when you accept cookies in the banner.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw consent at any time. To turn off optional cookies, use the “Cookie settings” link on the website. Cookieless page-view and button-press counts continue. To ask about those, or for anything else, email our Data Protection Officer (details below). We will reply within 30 days.
Access and correction
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you. You may ask us to correct it. To ask, email our Data Protection Officer (details below). We will reply within 30 days.
Keeping your information safe
We make reasonable security arrangements to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep emailed enquiries only for as long as needed to arrange your care. After that, they are deleted in line with the clinic’s records policy.
Transfer outside Singapore
Google and Meta may process this information outside Singapore. They do so under their own data protection safeguards for overseas transfers. The OpenStreetMap Foundation serves its map images from a worldwide network of servers, so the network address and request details sent when a map loads may be processed outside Singapore.

You can reach our Data Protection Officer at appointment@orthokinetics.sg.
